Returns and refunds
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:
Returns
- We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used fishing lures cannot be returned or refunded.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong selection.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if the product is defective or incorrect.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

- As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for used or opened products.
